Renovations & Upgrades

2007
Major renovations received an award from the City of Staunton and the Industrial Development Authority.
The open space was divided into distinct retail, office, and work spaces, with high ceilings in all work spaces.
Four new restrooms including one handicap accessible and one with shower were installed.
A full kitchen with all major appliances was created for employee use and catered events.
Main floor was fully air conditioned (except for vehicle bay), in two zones, all with new ducts and heat pumps.
New suspended ceiling in workshop areas. New drywall ceiling in kitchen and gallery.
Electrical systems (110 and 220, three-phase) and lighting fixtures were upgraded throughout the building.
Phone, security and internet/wifi systems were installed.
New window frames and glass/plexiglass were installed in all workshop windows.
Custom woodtone blinds were installed in all storefront windows; metal blinds installed in workshop windows.

2010
Exterior of building was painted.

2016
New heat pump for front offices was installed.

2017
New roof was installed.
 
2020
Wood and vinyl flooring was installed in office, gallery, and kitchen areas.
New exterior doors: two steel overhead doors and two steel single doors were installed.
First of two new heat pumps was installed for workshop & gallery areas.
 
2022
Second new heat pump was installed for workshop & gallery areas.
